The dropping stars, could be perceived as a puzzle of waves crushing, objects which protect the shore from big waves.
He uses these huge cement objects metaphorically; again the use of colours create an environment full of connotations.
Life is full of ups and downs, difficulties come and go, just like the waves of the sea, that affect our lives, and little or no control we have over them. The sea itself becomes a protagonist, as a cymbal instrument transmitting the sound of waves.
